Our company has new thermbond line for making breathable membrane. Now we can produce breathable membrane without glue, directly thermbond three layer material together. Uper is thicker polypropylene spunbond weight from 50-100gsm,middle is breathable film, weight from 20-30gsm, the lower is 20-30gsm polypropylene spunbond.By high temperature and pressure, the three layers can be laminated more tightly and the breathability is better.
